Privacy Policy

JB Web Co. LLC ("JB Web Co.", "we", "us") is a one-person web design business based in Arnold, Missouri. This page explains what information we collect when you visit jbwebco.com or get in touch, how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep things simple because the site is simple.

Who we are

JB Web Co. LLC is owned and operated by Jon Baer in Arnold, MO. We build and host websites for small local businesses. You can reach us any time at jon@jbwebco.com or (314) 775-7156.

What we collect

There are only two ways we collect information through this site:

Contact form submissions. When you fill out the contact form, we receive whatever you typed in: typically your name, email address, phone number (if you provide one), and your message. The form is delivered through Formspree, which processes the submission and emails it to us.
Anonymous visitor analytics. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits and see which pages people read. Cloudflare Web Analytics is privacy-first: it does not use cookies, does not fingerprint visitors, and does not collect personal information.

We do not run accounts, newsletters, ad networks, third-party trackers, social pixels, or session recording. We do not sell or share your information with anyone.

Cookies

This website does not set tracking cookies of its own. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, may set a security cookie in some cases to protect the site from automated abuse. That cookie does not identify you and is not used for advertising. You can read Cloudflare's cookie details in their privacy policy.

How we use your information

If you contact us, we use your information for one purpose: to reply to you and, if it leads to a project, to do the work. We will not add you to any mailing list. We will not pass your details to any other business.

How long we keep it

Contact form submissions are retained in our email for as long as is reasonably useful for client work and recordkeeping. If you would like us to delete a message you sent us, just ask and we will.

Third parties we rely on

We use a small number of trusted services to run the site. Each has its own privacy policy:

Cloudflare (hosting, DNS, security, anonymous analytics)
Formspree (contact form delivery)
Google Fonts (web fonts loaded from fonts.googleapis.com)

Your rights

You can ask us at any time what information we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Send a note to jon@jbwebco.com and we will take care of it. There is no form, no portal, no hoops.

Children

This site is intended for business owners and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to this policy

If we change how the site collects or uses information, we will update this page and change the effective date at the top. Material changes will be obvious.
