Most small business websites from JB Web Co. are $129 to build and $99 a month. The monthly fee covers managed hosting, security, daily backups, SSL, performance monitoring, and unlimited small edits. There are no hidden setup fees or surprise charges. If your business has unusual needs we will talk it through before you sign anything, but the standard plan covers what most local businesses in Arnold, Jefferson County, and the St. Louis metro actually need.

The monthly plan covers managed hosting, an SSL certificate, daily backups, security and uptime monitoring, speed optimization, contact forms, Google Maps integration, visitor tracking setup, and unlimited small edits like updating your hours, swapping a photo, or changing a price. You own the site. I keep it running.

DIY builders like Wix and Squarespace work for some people, but they take real time to learn and you are on your own when something breaks. With JB Web Co. you get a custom small business website designed for you, hosted and maintained for you, and updates handled by texting one person. You also get a local web designer in Arnold, MO who actually picks up the phone. For most small business owners in Jefferson County, that ends up cheaper than the time DIY costs them.

First year is a 12 month agreement. After that it is month to month and you can cancel with 30 days notice. If you cancel in the first year there is an early termination fee to cover the build cost since I built the site for free upfront. It is all in the agreement before you sign anything. No hoops to jump through.

Things like updating your hours, swapping a photo, changing a price, adding a new menu item, or updating your address. Basically anything that takes 15 to 20 minutes or less. Bigger changes like adding new pages, building new features, or redesigning a whole section are a separate conversation. I will always tell you upfront if something falls outside the monthly plan.

You can if you want to. Most clients just text me and I handle it. That is what the monthly fee covers. But if you want access to make your own changes I can set that up.

That happens a lot. Send me the link and I will take a look. If it makes sense to rebuild it we can talk about transitioning everything over. You keep your domain, we start fresh.

Text me and we figure it out. That is what ongoing means. New hours, new services, new photos, new location - small stuff is covered in the monthly plan. Big changes we talk about.

That is home base but no. I work with anyone who needs a good site at a fair price. Jefferson County businesses get priority because they are local and I like keeping things close to home, but geography does not stop me.

Not much. Your logo if you have one, some photos if you have them, and a rough idea of what you want people to do when they land on your site. If you do not have those things I can help you figure it out.

Once I have your content, I can usually have a first draft of your small business website ready in about 48 hours and your site live in under two weeks. Most of the timeline comes down to gathering photos, logos, and the details of what you want visitors to do. If you have those things ready, we can move fast.
